• Check-In: 1:00 PM
• Check-Out: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request, subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• Full payment is required at the time of check-in.
• A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all guests.
• For foreign nationals, a valid passport and visa are mandatory.

• Online Bookings: The booking amount is strictly non-refundable.
• Walk-in/Direct Bookings: Free cancellation is permitted up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time.
• In case of a no-show, a charge equivalent to the full-night stay will be applied.
• In unforeseen circumstances or major events, the management reserves the right to cancel reservations without penalty.

• Air conditioning (AC) functions only when government electricity is available and is not supported by the power backup. An uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed.
• Heaters are not provided.
• Please conserve energy by switching off lights, fans, and AC when not in use.

• Bottled water is available for purchase.
• Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings. The management is not liable for any loss or damage.
• Guests will be held liable for any damage caused to the property.

• Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• Parents or guardians are accountable for their children's behavior and supervision at all times.

• Free on-site parking is available for guests. Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.

• Housekeeping services are available from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Bed linen is changed every two days or upon request.
• Guests are requested to bring their own towels and personal toiletries.
• Unregistered visitors are not permitted in guest rooms after 9:00 PM.

• Guests are encouraged to use the safe at the front desk for their valuable items.
• For your safety, public areas of the premises are monitored by 24/7 electronic surveillance.
• Weapons of any kind, including licensed firearms and knives, are strictly prohibited.

• Help us conserve our natural resources by turning off all appliances when not in use.
• Please report any leaks or maintenance issues to the front desk immediately.

Management reserves the absolute right to refuse entry or request the departure of any guest who violates property rules, engages in disruptive behavior, or poses a threat to the safety and comfort of others.
