Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our policy regarding booking cancellations and refunds.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation made up to 7 days before check-in (11:59 PM) → Advance amount refundable.
- Cancellation within 7 days of check-in → First night charges will be deducted; remaining advance (if any) will be refunded.
- No-Show: First night charges are non-refundable. Multi-day bookings will be treated as automatically cancelled after the check-in date.
- All cancellation timelines are calculated on calendar dates, not check-in time.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days, after receiving payment details and payment gateway charges are not refundable.
