Your guide to a safe, peaceful, and memorable stay at Prem Sadan.

Advance Policy
  • Minimum one night charge per room is required to confirm the booking for booking of one day.
  • For multiple room bookings and multiple days , the 50% charge for each room rent must be paid to confirm the reservation.
Check-In & Check-Out
  • Check-In: 1:00 PM
  • Check-Out: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in / Late checkout is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
Payment & ID Policy
  • Full payment is required at the time of check-in.
  • A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all guests.
  • For foreign nationals, a valid passport and visa are mandatory.
Reservations, Cancellations & No-Shows
  • Online Bookings: The booking amount is strictly non-refundable.
  • Walk-in/Direct Bookings: Cancellation made up to 7 days before check-in (11:59 PM) → Advance amount refundable. Cancellation within 7 days of check-in → First night charges will be deducted; remaining advance (if any) will be refunded.
  • No-Show: First night charges are non-refundable. Multi-day bookings will be treated as automatically cancelled after the check-in date.
  • All cancellation timelines are calculated on calendar dates, not check-in time.
  • In case of cancellation (by guest or property, wherever applicable), refunds will be processed after deducting non-refundable payment gateway / transaction charges.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. In case this is not feasible, the guest may be requested to provide bank account details for processing the refund.
  • Refund processing time is typically 7–10 working days from the date of confirmation.
Utilities & Energy Conservation
  • Air conditioning (AC) functions only when government electricity is available and is not supported by the power backup. An uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed.
  • Heaters are not provided.
  • Please conserve energy by switching off lights, fans, and AC when not in use.
  • In case of maintenance of power backup systems, guests are requested to cooperate
Water & Personal Belongings
  • Bottled water is available for purchase.
  • Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings. The management is not liable for any loss or damage.
  • Guests will be held liable for any damage caused to the property.
Children & Supervision
  • Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • Parents or guardians are accountable for their children's behavior and supervision at all times.
Parking & Transport
  • Free on-site parking is available for guests. Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.
Property Rules & Guest Conduct
  • Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and non-vegetarian food are strictly prohibited on the premises. Violation of this rule may result in immediate eviction without any refund.
  • Pets, loud music and unregistered gatherings are not allowed.
Room Service & Housekeeping
  • Housekeeping services are available from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Bed linen is changed every two days or upon request.
  • Guests are requested to bring their own towels and personal toiletries.
  • Extra bed is available at additional charges, payable at property and subject to availability.
  • Unregistered visitors are not permitted in guest rooms after 9:00 PM.
  • Room service is available until 10:00 PM only (Drinking hot water, tea, or similar service requests are available on request until 10:00 PM. Requests after 10:00 PM will not be accommodated.)
Valuables & Security
  • For your safety, public areas of the premises are monitored by 24/7 electronic surveillance.
Weapons Policy
  • Weapons are strictly prohibited — including firearms and knives, even if licensed.
Environmental Responsibility
  • Help us conserve our natural resources by turning off all appliances when not in use.
  • Please report any leaks or maintenance issues to the front desk immediately.
Right of Admission Reserved
  • Management reserves the absolute right to refuse entry or request the departure of any guest who violates property rules, engages in disruptive behavior, or poses a threat to the safety and comfort of others.
  • The management reserves the right to refuse admission or cancel any reservation, including online bookings, if a guest has a prior history of misconduct or violation of property rules.
  • In such cases, applicable refunds, if any, will be processed in accordance with the property’s cancellation and refund policy.
